Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below is our policy on returns and refunds.


1. Return / Refund Eligibility (General Items)

  1. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  2. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with all tags, and in their original packaging.

  3. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  4. To initiate a return, email us at info@ultracuts.ca. Do not send items back before approval.

  5. Unless item arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.  Once your return is preapproved, you can choose how you'd like to send it back to us. You can either pay for a return shipping label from us, or choose to send the item back using a carrier of your choice. If you choose to use your own carrier, we recommend using a tracked service. 

  6. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.


2. Beauty / Personal Care Products (Cosmetics, Skincare, etc.)

To maintain hygiene and product integrity:

  1. We do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or other personal care items unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

  2. If you receive a beauty product that is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately (within the 30-day window) with photos, and we will work with you to make it right (refund or replace).


3. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

  1. Please inspect your order upon arrival.

  2. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we may evaluate and remedy the situation.

  3. If approved, we’ll refund or replace the item as appropriate.


4. Non-returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned (unless damaged / defective):

  1. Beauty / personal care items (unless damaged as noted above)

  2. Sale, clearance, or “final sale” items

  3. Gift cards

  4. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items

  5. Hazardous materials, flammable products, or gases


5. Exchanges

  1. The fastest route is to return your item (following the standard return rules) and place a new order for the replacement item.

  2. We do not process “direct” exchanges for beauty items unless the original is damaged and eligible for replacement.


6. Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

  2. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  3. Please allow additional time for banks or card issuers to process the refund.

  4. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@ultracuts.ca.
